Fermented soy is healthy

Fermented soy is very healthy and since the soy proteins are broken down through fermentation there is less chance of allergic reaction to soy. My MD recommended it to me to keep my blood thin and he is the one that identified my allergy to regular non-fermented soy. 8 months into it at 10 tiny tabs per day as per directions, and so far so good. Happy with this product from Japan.
